Liberty Mutual Group is seeking a recruiter to build diverse pipelines for outside sales agents across a national market. You will manage full lifecycle recruiting, from sourcing to closing, partnering with hiring managers to set requirements and drive equitable hiring decisions.

The role supports Comparion Insurance Agency and Liberty Mutual in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment with a hybrid onsite schedule in eligible locations and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Advanced lifecycle recruiting experience with diverse candidate sourcing.
• Ability to manage high-volume searches and competitive markets.
• Strong communication and stakeholder partnership skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain diverse pipelines for outside sales agents and future hiring needs.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies using direct sourcing, referrals, networking, social media.
• Manage requisitions and lead candidates through the full recruiting process.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and drive hiring decisions.
• Monitor pipeline health, funnel activity, and recruiting metrics.
