Sonos is seeking a deeply experienced Sr. Recruiter, Executive Search & Talent Intelligence to lead high-impact, confidential searches across hardware, software, product, design, AI, global operations, and corporate leadership.

This is not a traditional high-volume role and focuses on top-tier talent. You will lead searches from exploration to close, build proactive talent maps, and strengthen tools and practices across the global Talent Acquisition team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive recruiting or executive-search experience.
• End-to-end ownership of senior, Director, VP, or executive‑level searches.
• 2+ years building market maps and talent pools with written insights.
• Experience engaging passive leadership talent through research and networks.
• Ability to advise hiring leaders on talent availability and market conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive-search and talent-intelligence for high-impact searches.
• Develop tailored search plans with target profiles and sourcing channels.
• Identify and engage high-caliber passive talent through research and outreach.
• Create high-touch candidate experiences reflecting the Sonos brand.
• Partner with executives to establish structured assessment and calibration.
• Manage approved agency partners and build reusable search resources.
