Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university preferred.
• 4+ years of full-cycle agency recruiting experience in the Finance/Accounting or Legal staffing verticals is required.
• Top performer with proven GM production and high motivation.

Responsibilities

• Full Desk Executive Recruiter with a 50% focus on Candidate Delivery and a 50% focus on Business Development/Account Management.
• Specialize in Finance/Accounting or Legal candidates and build relevant target lists/pipelines nationwide.
• Outreach to lists through email outreach, text, and cold calling.
• Coordinate interviews with clients and manage candidate pipelines through interview stages.
• Develop expertise in verticals and become a thought leader in the local market.
