Aurora in the United States is seeking a Principal Executive Recruiter to own executive and leadership hiring across Aurora. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will manage end-to-end searches for Director-and-above roles and advise Aurora’s executive team on org design, market intelligence, and compensation.

• 10+ years recruiting experience focused on executive searches.
• End-to-end experience for Director- to C-level hiring.
• Partner to C-suite and VP leaders, data-driven decisions.
• Experience closing base, bonus, equity and sign-on.

Aufgaben

• Own the end-to-end search lifecycle for Director+ roles across Aurora's business groups.
• Design and calibrate executive interview processes and produce summaries.
• Advise leaders with talent intelligence, market mapping, and hiring strategy.
• Structure and negotiate executive offers with Total Rewards and Finance.
• Partner with People Partners, Finance, and TA on succession planning.
• Share market learnings with the TA team and strengthen hiring.
• Mentor recruiters and sourcers and lead training for hiring practices.
