Job summary

The Walt Disney Company is seeking a Senior Manager for Protective Services to lead security for the executive leadership team. You will coordinate local and travel security, assess risks, and oversee protective details while shaping security policy and partnering with law enforcement and internal teams.

The role requires extensive leadership experience in corporate security, a valid BSIS license, and willingness to travel including weekends and nights.

Qualifications

• 10 plus years of experience in corporate security or related fields with supervisory experience.
• Valid California BSIS Security Guard License.
• Valid California Driver's License.
• Experience leading protective security details in the US and abroad.
• Strong written/interpersonal communication and risk assessment skills.
• Ability to travel, work weekends/nights, and handle high-pressure environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary security provider and coordinator for executive leadership security support.
• Plan and coordinate security for local and travel assignments, including risk assessments.
• Lead projects with policy recommendations and briefs for executives.
• Manage relationships with authorities and coordinate with external partners.
• Supervise executive protection activities and mentor Protective Services staff.
• Develop protective security policies and ensure compliance with licensing and training.
• Communicate with internal teams and support dynamic scheduling needs.
• Conduct threat risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
