Fanatics is hiring a Senior Manager of Protective Services to lead executive protection worldwide. Based out of our LA office, the role emphasizes discretion, customer service, and teamwork while protecting senior leadership across travel and events.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in EP, an active HR-218 credential, and experience in protective operations, security driving, and risk assessment, with strong communication skills and integrity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in executive protection (EP) and security leadership.
• Active HR-218 credential or ability to obtain.
• Experience in protective operations, contingency planning, counter-surveillance and medical response.
• Knowledge of access control, surveillance, screening equipment.
• Strong knowledge of relevant laws and compliance.
• Good physical fitness; self-defense knowledge preferred.
• Experience with corporate executive protection preferred.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to varied environments.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute logistics for executive protection and travel for the Executive Team.
• Provide daily discrete protection services for identified Executives.
• Conduct risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities.
• Travel domestically and internationally, including event security, often with short notice.
• Develop and implement transportation security strategies aligned with policies.
• Advise Executives on security measures as needed.
• Collect and disseminate timely security information for decision-making.
• Operate security transport safely; manage opportunities and threats during travel.
• Respond to emergencies per training; coordinate with authorities as required.
• Participate in ongoing security training and keep up with new security technologies.
