Qualifications

• MD, DO or equivalent ex-US medical degree.
• 15 years of pharmaceutical industry experience with trials or development programs.
• 7 years of management experience.
• Experience filing US INDs/NDAs or international equivalents.
• Global regulatory knowledge and ability to operate in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Provide input on clinical development strategies for povetacicept renal programs.
• Lead cross-functional teams and plan worldwide development activities.
• Review study protocols and investigator brochures.
• Oversee medical monitoring and evaluate safety data.
• Interface with international regulatory authorities to support development objectives.
• Ensure compliance with ICH, GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor staff and contribute to HR-related responsibilities.
