Delta Solutions and Strategies seeks Executive Communications Administrators to provide advanced IT support to US Space Command executives, managing tickets, systems, and VIP client services. The role emphasizes continuity of operations for priority customers and independent technical problem solving at HQ USSPACECOM facilities.

The position requires a BS in IT/CS, 4+ years of experience, and an active TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science from ABET CAE institution
• Over four years of relevant technical experience
• Excellent customer service skills including relationships and responsiveness
• Ability to apply Help Desk performance metrics to improve satisfaction and efficiency
• KSATs from DoD Cyber Workforce Framework for Work Role 451 Intermediate
• Security+ certification required
• Desirable: Cloud+, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP
• TS/SCI clearance required

Responsibilities

• Staff the dedicated USSPACECOM telephone line as first contact for priority customers
• Act as first contact for user issues including account creation, access remediation, and resolution
• Manage priority USSPACECOM response times based on gov guidelines at HQ USSPACECOM facilities
• Support VIP/Executive staff site visits and surge IT service during Tier 1 exercises
• Operate and maintain HQ USSPACECOM IT facilities, hardware, and software
• Service all IT and communications issues for mission computer hardware, software, and LANs
• Coordinate and implement solutions for issues not functioning within baseline needs
• Manage onsite resolutions without relying on admin capabilities
• Coordinate with system owners to solve software or network issues
• Handle devices including desktops, mobile devices, and printers
• Serve as HQ USSPACECOM IT Focal Point for helpdesk ticket management
