Job summary

Bowhead seeks an Executive Communications Administrator to support HQ USSPACECOM and GOFO housing on the PICRD II contract in Colorado Springs, CO. Responsibilities include Tier 1–4 service desk, VTC and IT support, and executive communications for priority customers.

Requirements include a BS in IT/Cybersecurity/CS, 4+ years of technical experience, DoD KSAT alignment, CompTIA Security+ and TS/SCI eligibility. Salary ranges from $90,000 to $105,000 per year.

Qualifications

• BS degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science from ABET/CAE recognized institution.
• Over four years of technical experience in relevant fields.
• Meets KSATs in DoD Cyber Workforce Framework Work Role 451.
• Experience providing Tier 1–4 service desk and job control functions.
• Experience supporting military devices and coordinating with host bases.

Responsibilities

• Provide CSD helpdesk services at Tier 1–4 levels as needed.
• Deliver IT services, service desk, and VTC support during operations.
• Process exercise augmentee account requests two days before NLE StartEx.
• Revoke augmentee access within two weeks after NLE EndEx.
• Offer rapid executive communications support to Priority 1–3 customers.
