Job summary

Bryant Staffing Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Executive Compensation Consultant to support governance and strategic planning for executive pay in a large public company setting.

Lead cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Finance, and HR and manage annual calendar and regulatory timelines. You will develop materials, advance shareholder engagement, and build Excel-based models to analyze compensation scenarios while ensuring compliance and audit readiness.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in compensation-related roles.
  • 7+ years focused on executive compensation within a public company environment.
  • Experience supporting Compensation Committee planning and governance.
  • Strong understanding of executive compensation regulatory requirements and reporting cycles.
  • Experience participating in shareholder engagement discussions or meetings.
  • Advanced analytical capabilities with strong Excel modeling and data analysis.
  • Ability to structure complex cross-functional initiatives and governance processes.
  • Strong communication skills and experience working with senior executives and leadership teams.

Responsibilities

  • Govern governance framework and operating model for executive compensation programs.
  • Coordinate the annual executive compensation calendar, including Compensation Committee meeting prep and filing timelines.
  • Develop presentation materials and maintain tracking for compensation decisions and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, HR leadership and external advisors on initiatives.
  • Support materials for shareholder engagement discussions related to executive compensation.
  • Create structured decision frameworks, templates, and documentation standards for governance.
  • Maintain documentation of decisions, approvals, and follow-up actions for audit readiness.
  • Build Excel-based financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate pay structures.
  • Manage equity compensation guidelines and budget parameters aligned with goals.
  • Assist with disclosures and filings (proxy statements, CD&A, 10-K, 8-K).
  • Monitor regulatory developments and prepare materials to ensure compliance.
  • Ensure processes are scalable, repeatable, and well-documented.

Our partnerBryant Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Executive Compensation Consultant to support executive compensation governance and strategic planning within a large, publicly traded organization. This role plays a key part in ensuring executive pay programs are structured, compliant, and aligned with corporate strategy.
The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in public-company executive compensation, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with senior leadership, legal teams, and external advisors.

This position can be based in Irvine, CA (preferred), Santa Clara, CA, or Toronto, ON, and relocation assistance is available.
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the governance framework and operating model for executive compensation programs.
  • Plan and coordinate the annual executive compensation calendar, including Compensation Committee meeting preparation and regulatory filing timelines.

  • Advanced analytical capabilities with strong Excel modeling and scenario analysis skills.
  • Ability to structure complex cross-functional initiatives and maintain organized governance processes.
  • Strong communication skills and experience working with senior executives and leadership teams.
  • High level of discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
Preferred Background
  • Experience within a Fortune 100 or other large publicly traded organization, or
  • Experience in a compensation consulting firm advising public companies.
