Job summary

You’ll collaborate with Communications & Marketing to deliver brand-aligned content for internal and external audiences, across a range of subjects, ensuring clarity and polish for high-stakes communications.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in professional executive or visual communications, multimedia production, or a related role.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, Multimedia, Marketing, or a related field.
• Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for the above.

Responsibilities

• Develops, refines, and enhances executive presentations and written materials, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
• Turns complex content and data into clear, persuasive written and visual narratives for internal and public presentations.
• Collaborates with departments to research topics and refine talking points on complex issues.
• Ensures visual and written consistency across materials in line with brand standards and tone.
• Serves as a quality control resource for executive communications with attention to detail.
• Supports enterprise campaigns with visual storytelling and presentation design across teams.
• Assists with scheduling, coordinating event logistics and drafting briefings.
