Job summary

Legends Global seeks an Executive Chef to lead culinary operations for concessions, catering, and premium services at major Grand Rapids venues. You will drive menu development, quality, sanitation, and guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

The role partners with the GM, Director of Culinary, Finance, and Facility Maintenance to deliver memorable events, optimize costs, and mentor a talented team. Serve-Safe certification is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 7 years cooking experience in high-volume events.
• Previous culinary leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead culinary operations for concessions, catering, and events.
• Develop menus and ensure consistency, sanitation, and guest satisfaction.
• Manage budgets, labor, and inventories while driving peak efficiency.
• Train kitchen and stewarding staff and enforce health regulations.
• Collaborate with GM, Director of Culinary, Finance, and Maintenance.
