Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is seeking a Senior Executive Chef to lead a high-volume operation in Macon, GA. You will drive culinary excellence, manage costs, and build a strong kitchen culture.

Responsibilities include leading the culinary team, overseeing food quality and service, managing menus, purchasing, inventory, food cost and waste, and supporting retail, dining, catering, and events while maintaining strict sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of progressive culinary leadership experience.
• High-volume foodservice experience.
• Strong people leadership and team development skills.
• Experience with food cost, purchasing, inventory, and production.
• Catering and special-event experience.
• Healthcare or contract foodservice experience is a plus.

Responsabilités
