Job summary

Renard International Hospitality Search Consultants is seeking a Senior Executive Chef for a prominent USA hotel brand with Caribbean roots. The role reports to the Executive Committee and drives the smooth operation of the entire kitchen, food production, and related sections.

The ideal candidate is creative, energetic, and hands-on, capable of leading a multicultural brigade and delivering outstanding guest experiences. Strong leadership and menu design skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years in a similar role at a 4- or 5-star hotel.
• Caribbean experience preferred but not mandatory.
• USA or Dutch passports required for eligibility.
• Opening experience is an asset.
• Experience with fresh food products.
• Experience in a busy kitchen with a multicultural brigade.
• Oversee the kitchen to meet financial goals.
• Strong admin skills and innovative menu design.

Job description

Our well-respected USA Hotel Brand who owns and manages numerous Resorts / Hotels in the Caribbean requires an excellent Senior Executive Chef. This is a beautiful Island Hotel with over 200 rooms and multiple restaurants.

Senior Executive Chef

As Senior Executive Chef you will be a Member of the Executive Committee and will be responsible for the smooth operation of the entire kitchen operation, food production, and all other related sections.

The ideal candidate will be creative, innovative, and passionate about food and be committed to work together with the service team to deliver an amazing guest experience every time. You will demonstrate energy and enthusiasm at work, be hands-on and organized. You portray a strong and fair effective leadership style and have proven ability to work in a multicultural environment.

Some Requirements:

• 4-5 years of experience in a similar role at a 4-or 5-star hotel.
• Caribbean experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Only applicants should apply with USA passports or Dutch passports.

• Experience in a busy kitchen managing a multicultural brigade.
• Married or Single no children.

Salary: $100,000USD plus Bonus, Hotel Accommodation + Utilities, free annual Airfare ticket, Medical, Dental, Relocation, Mobile Phone, Meals, 18 Vacation Days provided.
