Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of VP-level admin support, strong communication, discretion, and proficiency in MS Office; willingness to travel up to 5% is expected.

Competenze

• 5+ years of executive administrative support experience, including VP-level leaders.
• Experience within global manufacturing, operations, healthcare, or regulated environments preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with executive presence and discretion.

Mansioni

• Provide high-level executive support to the VP, including complex calendar management across global time zones.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel, visas, logistics, budgets and reimbursements.
• Organize leadership meetings, off-sites, operating reviews and strategic planning sessions.
• Prepare executive presentations for business reviews, leadership forums and board discussions.
• Draft executive communications and liaise with senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, quality, engineering, and commercial teams.
• Coordinate global leadership visits, audits, workshops, and change initiatives; manage dashboards and reports.
• Support enterprise initiatives and travel up to 5% travel commitment.
