Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, Quality Assurance for the UCAN region. You will lead quality strategy, governance, and performance across Baxter’s major Infusion Therapies & Platforms network, shaping patient safety and product quality across multiple sites.

You will manage a large team, drive regulatory excellence, and partner with senior leaders to enable growth, reliable supply, and continuous improvement in a complex manufacturing and distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Senior leader with global quality strategy and governance experience.
• Deep knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk mitigation.
• Experience influencing executive stakeholders and guiding major decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year Quality strategy across UCAN.
• Lead governance and decision-making for quality across sites.
• Partner with senior leaders to enable growth and reliable supply.
• Champion inspection readiness and regulatory excellence with health authorities.
• Drive enterprise-wide quality improvements and remediation initiatives.
• Make risk-based decisions balancing patient safety and business goals.
• Build and develop leaders; strengthen succession planning.
• Provide executive insights on quality performance and risks.
