• Deep expertise in global quality systems and regulatory requirements.

• Track record transforming large-scale remediation and continuous improvement programs.
• Collaborative leadership developing talent and accountable teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop a multi-year Quality strategy for UCAN network.
• Lead Quality governance and decision-making across sites.
• Partner with senior leaders to enable growth and reliable product supply.
• Champion inspection readiness and regulatory excellence with health authorities.
• Drive enterprise-wide quality improvement and remediation initiatives.
• Make risk-based decisions balancing patient safety and compliance.
• Build and coach high-performing leaders and succession plans.
• Provide executive insights on quality performance and strategic priorities.
• Travel up to 40% to manufacturing sites and vendors.
