Job summary

MGM Resorts International's Mandalay Bay is seeking a part-time Butler to curate personalized suites, anticipate guest needs, and deliver exceptional service across all touchpoints.

You will coordinate with Housekeeping and Room Service, maintain the butler pantry, and ensure flawless guest experiences for our luxury resort guests at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• 1 year of relevant experience in luxury resorts or fine dining.
• Bilingual in Asian languages is preferred; experience handling fine china is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare suites prior to guest arrival, including coordinating room service setup.
• Provide food and beverage service to designated suites, coordinating orders with Room Service Manager on duty.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure guest rooms are maintained in superior condition.
• Maintain the butler pantry and equipment in accordance with company standards.
