Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly billing duties for executives including proofreading and editing billing narratives for client invoices and tracking accounts receivables.
• Manage executives’ calendars, travel arrangements, and process expense reports.
• Coordinate internal or client meetings and special events.
• Assist with conflict checks, generate engagement letters, and create correspondence files.
• Create, organize and maintain administrative structure for each project.
• Proofread all written materials.
• Review work of junior staff members and lead administrative staff training sessions.
• Coordinate promotional materials for business development.

The Senior Executive Assistant will have primary responsibility for providing administrative support to 5+ local executives to optimize efficiency, while independently managing administrative tasks and coordinating special projects. The Senior Executive Assistant will handle confidential firm information which requires a high level of discretion while simultaneously anticipating administrative needs, managing workload, and producing work of the highest quality in a timely manner. Compensation Base Salary Range: $ 78,700 – $103,400 Individual base compensation will be tailored to your primary work location and the unique depth of experience you bring to the firm. Annual Performance Bonus: This role is eligible for a discretionary bonus with a target of 5%. This serves as a meaningful way for us to celebrate excellence, awarded based on both individual impact and our collective success as a firm.
