Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Sales Executive to join our in-house Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) sales team. The incumbent will be responsible for driving life insurance sales through tele-assisted channels, ensuring a seamless customer experience and strict adherence to internal and regulatory processes.

This role is ideal for professionals with prior experience in online life insurance sales who are looking to grow within a digitally driven and performance-oriented environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct telephonic conversations with potential customers to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Drive the end-to-end sales process, from lead engagement to policy issuance, through digital and tele-assisted modes.
  • Ensure full compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory standards across all customer interactions and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and timely updates within the Lead Management System (LMS) for all assigned leads.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including underwriting, operations, and customer service to facilitate prompt policy issuance and resolution of queries.
  • Stay up to date with new insurance products in the market and ability to perform benchmarking activities

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in life insurance sales, preferably via online or D2C channels.
  • Product Knowledge: Proficient in selling a broad range of life insurance products, including Term, ULIP, Savings, Retirement, and Money-back plans.
  • Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of insurance sales workflows, policy documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable working with Lead Management Systems and CRM tools.
