This position provides shared administrative support for members of the Global Cybersecurity senior leadership team while exercising confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy. Manages executive calendars, prepares materials for meetings, triages communications, assists with travel plans, and helps to keep leaders focused and on schedule.
This is a multi‑principal role requiring proactive engagement: anticipating needs, rapidly resolving competing priorities, exercising discretion, and operating effectively in the fluid, fast‑changing environment of cybersecurity. The essence of the role is to enable the leaders supported to be more productive with their time and to work as efficiently and effectively as possible.
Please Note: This role is open to candidates at both the Grade 12 and Grade 13 levels. The final internal level/grade and compensation for this role will be determined based on the selected candidate’s geographic location, overall experience, and skill set.
This is a hybrid position. Candidates who live within 50 miles of Boston, MA; Portsmouth, NH; or Columbus, OH offices are required to work onsite two days per week. Additional in‑office attendance may be required based on team priorities.
