Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Local Led Events Administrator within the Commercial Bank in San Francisco. The role focuses on processing Innovation Economy/Start Up Banking requests with governance and compliance, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining local event management.

You will manage Sponsorships & Donations intake, budget tracking, payments, and data accuracy; create ads in the CMS; partner with Sponsorships, Donations, Business Support Associates, and Technology teams; and

Qualifications

• Five+ years of administrative experience.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Advise Innovation Economy team on submitting information for Sponsorship & Donation and Marketing Intake forms.
• Independently own Marketing Local Led management process.
• Review incoming requests for compliance and guide submitters.
• Gather documents to ensure audit compliance.
• Enter events and sponsorships into national calendar with accuracy.
• Update budget tracking with requests and drawdowns with Strategy Manager.
• Coordinate with production team to process payments.
• Suggest process improvements for intake optimization.
• Create ads and materials in content management tool.
• Partner with Sponsorships, Donations, Business Support Associates, and Technology teams.
• May support local events, greet clients, manage logistics.
