  • Lead or support critical operational projects, ensuring milestones and follow-throughs. Collaborate cross-functionally to drive initiatives forward.
  • Use strong judgment and problem-solving skills to resolve time-sensitive operational issues with minimal guidance.
  • Streamline and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency across the Administrative team.
  • Ensure timely, clear, and efficient communication for the CEO.
  • Coordinate with the Workplace, IT, and Security teams to plan and execute company events, off-sites, and team-building initiatives, managing logistics, budgets, and timelines.
  • Handle sensitive matters with the utmost discretion and confidentiality protecting company and executive interests.
  • Support with team presentations, reports, and correspondence on behalf of the executives.

You…

  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset to anticipate opportunities and challenges and propose solutions.
  • Time Management: Ability to juggle multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Confidentiality & Discretion: High level of professionalism and ability to handle sensitive information with complete discretion.
  • Technology: Proficiency in Google Workspace and project management tools like ClickUp/Asana.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to proactively engage with stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred…
