Reporting to the Senior Manager of the Executive Support Team, the Senior Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and strategic support to ensure the executive(s) can operate at maximum effectiveness. This individual will anticipate needs, manage complex priorities, and act as a trusted partner in facilitating smooth communication, decision-making, and execution across the organization. This is a full-time, in-person role with standard hours of Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.. As this is a hybrid, in-office position, we are only considering candidates in the tri-state area, with a strong preference for those located in the New York City area.

The target base range for this position is $129,780 - $164,450, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including equity and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
