Spring Health is seeking a Public Sector Sales Director to drive federal government opportunities and partnerships from a remote U.S. location.
The role reports to the VP of Sales, Public Sector, with occasional travel as needed to engage federal agencies and stakeholders. You will lead a full sales lifecycle, build strategic relationships with federal officials, and craft proposals and contracts to win multi-year contracts.

We are looking for a Public Sector Sales Director to join our team and help maximize a massive market opportunity. There is so much potential to provide mental health services to members of the nation’s federal government agencies and we’re looking for someone passionate to help us capture it. This is a full-time remote position on our team reporting to the VP Sales, Public Sector. This role may require occasional travel.
The target base salary range for this position is $165,000 - $190,500, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including equity, benefits and variable pay. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
