The Senior Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and coordination support to an SG&A Executive, managing calendars, travel, meetings, and departmental projects while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Acting as a primary liaison, the role facilitates smooth communication with internal and external stakeholders, supports event planning, and coordinates team activities. The Senior Executive Assistant also handles presentation preparation, minute-taking, action tracking, and expense management, while building strong relationships and ensuring the executive is well-informed and supported in daily operations.
Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Experience
HFMA Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) within 9 months of hire
This is a remote position; however, candidates must be willing and able to travel to and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations as business needs require
This position starts at: $69,400. Final compensation will be determined based on experience.
