Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a supervisor for the Eligibility Services department to ensure daily operations run smoothly and compliantly. You will act as a SME for departmental policies, monitor performance, and coach staff while coordinating with related revenue cycle teams.
You will leverage AI-enabled approaches to improve efficiency and outcomes, travel as needed, and uphold the company’s patient-first, value-driven culture across the United States.

This position pays between $52,100.00 - $65,125.00 based on experience

Supervises the day to day task functionality of the Eligibility Services department. Maintains thorough working knowledge of department policies and procedures to act as subject matter expert for business process questions. Maintains thorough working knowledge of relevant federal, state and county benefit program requirements and shares with staff as appropriate. Monitors individual and team productivity and work quality levels to identify coaching or counseling opportunities. Acts as floater to erase deficiencies when work volume spikes or staffing gaps are present.
