Job Title : Executive Business Partner

Location : San Francisco, CA 94103 (Fully Remote)

Employment Type : Contract

Pay rate : $56.34 - $60.34 / hr.

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support a senior leader within a fast-paced, dynamic organization. This role goes beyond traditional administrative tasks, requiring strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage high-level relationships and sensitive information. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and is comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage day-to-day executive administrative tasks, including advanced calendar coordination, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and meeting logistics.
  • Serve as a thought partner, strategically aligning the executive's schedule with organizational priorities.
  • Plan and execute team events, offsites, recognition activities, and onboarding programs for new team members.
  • Draft internal communications, prepare presentations, and support content creation for executive needs.
  • Track budgets and manage purchase orders in collaboration with finance teams.
  • Provide project support, including quarterly business reviews and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Coordinate senior leadership agendas, manage external executive events, and maintain partnerships with internal stakeholders such as HR, Finance, Legal, and Communications.
  • Represent the organization with professionalism to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handle ad hoc requests and special projects with discretion and flexibility.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Adaptability in navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Keynote, and Excel
  • Conflict resolution and feedback management
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
  • Calm under pressure and deadline-driven

Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior-level executives in an administrative capacity
  • Experience in high-growth or fast-paced tech environments is strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Education :

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent practical experience
