A leading company is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to support the OUSD policy office at the Pentagon. The role involves managing schedules, facilitating security clearance processes, and handling travel logistics. Candidates must have a TS/SCI clearance and extensive experience in a similar role within the Department of Defense.

Knowesis is currently seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to support the OUSD policy office.
To be eligible for this position, candidates must possess a TS/SCI clearance and U.S. Citizenship without the need for sponsorship, both now and in the future. Applicants without proof of U.S. Citizenship will not be considered due to the position’s security clearance requirements.
The Job Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Scheduling and arranging meetings; managing and deconflicting calendars; collecting and assembling daybooks; serving as the point of contact for scheduling questions and requests; and managing visitor logistics (i.e., Pentagon access, coordinating Pentagon parking or pick-up/drop-off, and escorting of visitors).
Travel:Transportation for meetings in the NCR; preparing travel authorizations and vouchers with the Defense Travel System (DTS); assisting with obtaining passports and visas for official travel; facilitating compliance with the Foreign Clearance Guide; preparing Aircraft and Personnel Automated Clearance System (APACS) requests; and preparing visit requests.
Human Resources: Facilitating in- and out-processing of personnel, to include updating the Policy kiosk; and assisting with processing Government time and attendance.
Security: Facilitating security clearance processing for permanent and temporary personnel; facilitating building access; and managing and maintaining communications security (COMSSEC) programs.
