Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Public Administration or closely related field.
• Four years of professional level analytic and/or administrative experience.
• Master's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration or related field preferred and can substitute for one year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Survey other employers regarding pay and benefits and participate in labor negotiations with cost analysis of proposals.
• Research, interpret, and analyze labor contracts and process grievances per contracts.
• Conduct investigations involving employee misconduct and write investigative reports; assist departments with disciplinary processes.
• Advise supervisors on employee performance and misconduct; develop, revise and interpret employee-related policies.
• Give oral presentations to small and large groups on employee relations issues.
