Qualifications

  • 6 years of clerical and secretarial experience required.
  • 7+ years supporting executive leaders preferred.

The incumbent will provide executive administrative assistant support to two or more Senior Vice Presidents and C-Suite members, while working closely with other Executive Assistants as part of a team. Provide support to the functional groups led by the executive and handles a wide variety of basic and advanced administrative support tasks including, but not limited to; scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, managing all-hands calls, reconciling expenses.

  • Provide administrative assistance to the SVP's and others as assigned performing standard and advanced administrative support duties which may be of a highly confidential nature, including but not limited to scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, catering and correspondence.

  • Become integrated into the leader’s office, proactively seek opportunities to engage, add value and create efficiencies. Manage organization system for reporting, meeting preparation, and executing large group events in a cost-effective, efficient and professional manner while driving appropriate event or meeting experience.

  • Work as part of a team in coordinating meetings with specific responsibility for site selection, food, beverage and meeting materials as needed in executing functional group and segment town hall meetings, all-hands meetings, etc.

  • Coordinate presentations and compose correspondence as needed, prepare reports upon request or at own initiative and conducts special projects as directed. Strong attention to detail and quality in presentations and correspondence is required.

  • Position requires considerable judgment and is typically performed under minimal supervision. Direction received is general, with most duties accomplished without direction.

Basic Qualifications:

  • HS/GED and 6 years of clerical and secretarial experience.

  • Computer and typing skills.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate’s in Business

  • 7+years of experience inAdministration, supporting executive leaders

Additional Basic Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older
