Job summary

Duke Energy in Greenville, SC seeks an Execution PM responsible for managing Distribution Substation Optimization and Area Capacity projects in Carolinas West. This role oversees a geographic area and coordinates with internal teams and external partners to deliver project success in scope, schedule, cost, quality, and regulatory commitments.

The position offers a hybrid work arrangement after onboarding, requires 5–15% travel with some field visits, and candidates must reside within the Duke

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
• Minimum 5 years related work experience.
• In lieu of Bachelor's degree(s) AND 5+ years related work experience, High School/GED AND 9+ years related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and coordination to internal and external organizations delivering the project.
• Manage project meetings, reports, and governance to ensure open communication and status reporting.
• Ensure Project Plan and PMCoE standards are followed and reported to management.
