Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an Exchange Online Administrator / Service Engineer to design, implement, and manage Exchange Online within a Microsoft 365 environment in Seattle. This onsite role involves L3/ SME-level engineering for complex incidents and mail-flow configurations.

You will implement security controls (SPF/DKIM/DMARC, Defender for Office 365), monitor health, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure email services. Compensation is $60-65 per hour, onsite 1-2 days.

Qualifications

Tenant-level configuration, migrations, and advanced troubleshooting experience.
Experience implementing Exchange Online security across the platform.
Ability to lead security implementation projects with 365 security/compliance teams.
Proficiency in developing runbooks, documentation, and change management processes.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, configure, and administer Exchange Online within Microsoft 365.
Provide L3/SME-level service engineering for Exchange Online issues and complex requests.
Manage mail flow, connectors, domains, distribution groups, and mailbox configurations.
Implement security controls: anti-spam/anti-phishing, Defender for Office 365, SPF/DKIM/DMARC.
Monitor service health, troubleshoot delivery/authentication issues, and collaborate with Microsoft support.
