Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an Exchange Online Administrator / Service Engineer to join the Microsoft 365 operations group in Seattle, onsite 1–2 days. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and administering Exchange Online services with a security-first mindset and strong incident support capabilities.

The candidate will manage mail flow, security controls, and collaboration with Microsoft support to resolve complex issues and ensure high availability of messaging services.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Exchange Online service engineering experience.
• Experience implementing Exchange Online security and compliance controls.
• Ability to lead security implementation projects with security/compliance teams.
• Proficiency in creating runbooks, technical docs, and change management support.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, configure, and administer Exchange Online within Microsoft 365.
• Provide L3/SME level support for issues and incidents.
• Manage mail flow, rules, connectors, and mailbox configurations, including retention policies.
• Implement anti-spam/anti-phishing controls and Defender for O365 integration.
• Monitor health and collaborate with Microsoft support on complex incidents.
