Innova Solutions is urgently hiring a Senior Exchange Engineer for a hybrid role (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) across Charlotte, NC / Jacksonville, FL / Chandler, AZ. The ideal candidate has 5–10 years with Exchange 2016+ and hands-on EXO or on-premise Exchange, plus experience with DAGs and cross‑data-centre clustering.

Responsibilities include maintaining 99.9% SLA, troubleshooting mail flow, and collaborating via WebEx or Teams.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years' experience with Exchange 2016 or higher servers.
• Current or recent hands‑on experience with EXO or On‑Premise Exchange
• Experience with Multi‑Node DAGs across multiple data centers and clustering in a large Exchange environment.
• Ability to monitor using SCOM and maintain On-Call availability and flexibility.
• Troubleshoot root cause Exchange mail flow issues for multiple client environments.
• Ability to take ownership of an initiative/issue through completion.
• Ability to collaborate via WebEx or MS Teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Exchange Online / Microsoft 365.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and deliver daily productive results.

Position Summary:

You are passionate about working for one of the largest Infrastructure with Exchange in the world. Exchange Operations is looking for a team-oriented person who can work without direction and is self-motivated. The candidate must have experience with DAG configurations with Exchange 2016 or higher in a large environment. Exchange Operations is responsible for keeping Exchange Sustainability at 99.9% SLA.

Required Skills:

• Must have 5 to 10 years' experience with Exchange 2016 or higher servers.
• Current or recent hands‑on experience with EXO or On‑Premise Exchange
• Must have experience with Multi‑Node DAG's across multiple data centers and Clustering in a large Exchange environment.
• Ability to maintain Exchange Operationally, with monitoring utilizing SCOM and On-Call availability and flexibility.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, information security or related field, or Experience to commensurate.
• Strong analytical skills/problem solving/conceptual thinking.
• Ability to work with technical and non‑technical business owners.
• Assist with internal efficiencies projects and development.

• Additional skills with AppViewX, Service Now, Splunk, and Trend Micro

Pay Range and Benefits:

Hourly Pay Rate Range: $65/hr-$68/hr *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
