Qualifications

• At least five (5) years P&C insurance, customer service, or related experience.
• Possess P&C Insurance license.
• Lifting 10-20 lbs. of files and/or boxes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate all Excess Flood quote submissions and provide quotes as appropriate.
• Process all renewal Excess Flood quotes in advance of policy renewal dates.
• Verify agent property-casualty or surplus lines licensing.
• Monitor Excess Flood coverage aggregates and premiums.
• Process agent billing and monitor to ensure timely payments.
• Maintain all Excess Flood policy files.
