EnviroTech Septic Solutions is seeking an experienced Excavator Operator for septic system installation. You will operate excavators, perform grading and backfilling, and support multiple onsite tasks to install septic, sewer, and drainage systems. A CDL-A is preferred and safety is paramount.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL (Class A preferred).
• 3+ years of excavator operation experience.
• Experience operating loaders, water trucks, dump trucks, backhoes, and tankers.
• Ability to perform basic mechanical repairs and maintenance on equipment.
• Must be 23+ years old for insurance purposes.
• 5+ years in Civil or Residential Construction (preferred).
• Experience in septic, sewer, and drainage installation projects.

Responsibilities

• Operate excavators to dig trenches, ditches, and foundations for septic systems and drainage.
• Perform grading, backfilling, and compaction to required specs.
• Load and unload materials using heavy equipment.
• Follow project plans and supervisor instructions to ensure precise excavation.
• Conduct routine maintenance and basic mechanical tasks on equipment.
• Maintain a safe work environment following OSHA guidelines.
• Drive company trucks and trailers loaded with excavators and other heavy equipment.
