Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is seeking a Senior Manager of Environmental Services to lead the EVS team, uphold cleanliness and safety standards, and drive operational efficiency in a premier hospitality complex.

The role requires strategic leadership, budget management, and a proven track record in large-scale hospitality environments, with a focus on guest satisfaction and staff development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Hospitality, Facilities Management or Environmental Services.
• Minimum five years of management-level experience in a large hospitality environment.
• Four Diamond or higher hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the daily operation of the Environmental Services Department, including staffing, productivity, and service standards.
• Leads, coaches, and develops EVS team members and leadership to ensure consistent execution of standards.
• Develops, administers, and completes action plans related to guest satisfaction, team member satisfaction, and operational performance.
• Ensures compliance with safety rules, sanitation standards, and policies; manages budgets and labor costs.
• Promotes positive guest and team member relations and maintains a clean, safe work environment.
