Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is seeking a Senior Manager of Environmental Services to lead the EVS team, uphold cleanliness and safety standards, and drive operational efficiency in a premier hospitality complex.

The role requires strategic leadership, budget management, and a proven track record in large-scale hospitality environments, with a focus on guest satisfaction and staff development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Hospitality, Facilities Management or Environmental Services.
• Minimum five years of management-level experience in a large hospitality environment.
• Four Diamond or higher hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the daily operation of the Environmental Services Department, including staffing, productivity, and service standards.
• Leads, coaches, and develops EVS team members and leadership to ensure consistent execution of standards.

Please visit to see our full list of benefits!**Job Description:****Essential duties include, but are not limited to:*** Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures.* Oversees the daily operation of the Environmental Services Department, including work assignments, staffing, productivity, and service standards.* Leads, coaches, and develops EVS Team Members and leadership staff to ensure consistent execution of departmental standards.* Performs detailed operational inspections to identify cleanliness, service, safety, and process improvement opportunities.* Establishes and maintains cleaning standards, procedures, schedules, and quality-control programs for assigned areas.* Monitors daily operations and ensures EVS services are delivered efficiently, consistently, and in accordance with established standards.* Develops and supports the annual departmental budget and business plan. Four Diamond or above hospitality experience preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.* Proven track record of delivering excellent Guest Service Scores and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service.* Demonstrated ability to lead quality-improvement initiatives and develop action plans addressing guest experience, cleanliness, service, productivity, and operational opportunities.* Strong knowledge of commercial cleaning processes, sanitation standards, cleaning chemicals, equipment, and best practices.* Preferred background with the following systems: Microsoft Office Suite, LMS, Kronos, HOT SoS, and MMS.
