Job summary

Hard Rock International is hiring for a cleaning associate to maintain casino floor areas, restrooms, and fixtures with a focus on guest service. You will follow Seminole policies, assist with setup, and support various departments as needed.

The role requires attention to detail, strong cleanliness standards, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment near guests and smokers. Prior cleaning experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior cleaning experience and knowledge of cleaning equipment preferred.
• Outstanding guest service skills and high standards of cleanliness required.
• Compliance with Gaming Commission regulations and Seminole policies.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, and polish facilities and fixtures.
• Clean slot machines and restrooms, stock supplies as needed.
• Assist with furniture setup and department projects.
• Provide quality customer service to patrons with minimal supervision.
• Maintain a safe, hazard-free work environment and follow Seminole policies.
• Support other departments and perform related duties as assigned.
