Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as Planner or related field.
• Experience with EVMS scheduling and with Primavera P6.
• Experience in shipbuilding, industrial engineering, or manufacturing environments.
• Ability to lead teams and communicate findings to clients.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead day-to-day scheduling for crafts and work packages.
• Develop Integrated Master Schedule and EVMS inputs, including resource loading.
• Create and maintain work packages, durations, dependencies, and LOE.
• Provide training and guidance on EVMS processes to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with CAMs for schedule, labor, and subcontractor planning.
