Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace seeks a Program Controls Analyst IV (Finance) to manage cost and schedule baselines for complex aerospace programs. You will partner with Program Managers and IPTs to create executable plans, track performance, and ensure compliance with government and commercial contract requirements.

This hybrid role emphasizes disciplined EVM, data-driven reporting, and proactive issue resolution to influence program outcomes.

Qualifications

6+ years' experience in EVM (Earned Value Management) & external cost or schedule reporting.
Advanced in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).

Responsibilities

Leads in development of initial program baselines (cost or schedule) for high-risk development programs.
Prepares and analyzes reliable cost report data for program stakeholders.
Responsible for EAC (estimate at completion) management on complex programs.
Performs reliable program cost-walk and cost analysis for program stakeholders.
Leads compliant baseline change management.
Ensures cost and schedule integration are aligned to scope and contract requirements.
Leads program team through internal and external earned value audit preparation and execution.
Proactively communicates with program team and customers.
Identifies root cause, impact analysis and recommends corrective actions and supports variance analysis.
Mentors other team member.
