Qualifications

• Advanced degree in clinical or health sciences required.
• Experience in evidence generation or Medical Affairs.
• Strong prioritization and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify US evidence gaps from medical strategy and inputs.
• Prioritize and integrate to a US evidence plan with governance.
• Determine funding and execution routes across internal and external teams.
• Advise on dissemination planning and coordination with Publications.
• Monitor delivery and escalate capacity constraints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to align evidence needs.
