Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking an Executive Director, Evidence Generation Lead (CRM) to convert medical strategy into a prioritized US evidence plan.

You will own US evidence accountability for the asset, work with HEOR, Epidemiology, Grants & Research, and external investigators to ensure timely delivery and impact. The role requires leadership across real-world and interventional studies, strong scientific interpretation, and excellence in communications with senior

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant clinical or health sciences discipline.
• Experience in evidence generation spanning more than one evidence-generation pathway.
• Experience in a US-facing Medical Affairs environment is strongly preferred.
• Experience partnering with Clinical Development on lifecycle evidence planning is preferred when scope is earlier-stage or pre-commercial.

Responsabilités

• Translate medical strategy and stakeholder insights into a prioritized US evidence plan.
• Identify and synthesize evidence gaps and plan governance routes.
• Advance the integrated US evidence plan through governance forums.
• Coordinate dissemination and ensure alignment with evidence gaps.
• Collaborate with HEOR, Global Epidemiology, Grants & Research, and external partners.
