Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated communication and human relations skills.
• Ability to work flexible evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary resource for Zoom Events/Webinar production and coordinate virtual, hybrid, and livestreamed events.
• Configure event platforms, registrations, communications, and speaker permissions.
• Meet with planners to determine objectives and provide technical rehearsals.
• Monitor events, troubleshoot in real time, and coordinate recordings and content.
• Develop event documentation, checklists, and procedures for consistent delivery.
• Coordinate in-person event logistics including timelines, AV, catering, and vendors.
• Prepare budgets, purchasing, invoices, and reconciliations per policy.
• Review evaluations and data to identify process improvements.
• Provide day-of support to presenters, vendors, and participants.
• Work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
