Es Vedra Cinemas seeks a Sales Manager to lead sales strategy and operations for all events, driving revenue growth by securing new business and maintaining client relationships. You will oversee the event sales process from inquiry to execution and collaborate with operations and marketing for seamless events.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in event sales, strong leadership, negotiation and CRM skills, and a deep understanding of the events industry.

Qualifications

5+ years in event sales or related field.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive event sales strategy to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate events, weddings, private functions, and other special events.
Manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to achieve individual and team sales goals.
Coordinate with operations and marketing to ensure seamless event execution and high client satisfaction.
Negotiate event packages, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring favorable outcomes for both client and company.
