Job summary

CoStar Group, a leading global provider of real estate information and analytics, seeks a Senior Events Associate to plan and execute public-facing and internal events. In Arlington, VA, this in-office role partners with Sales, Marketing, and Sponsorships to drive engagement, ROI, and brand visibility.

The ideal candidate will manage multiple events, coordinate budgets, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining high standards across venues, vendors, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years planning and executing corporate events, tradeshow management, conferences, or sponsorships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to travel 15–20% and work extended hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute public-facing and internal events for multiple brands (trade shows, sponsorships, conferences).
• Coordinate budgets, on-site logistics, and vendor management to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to align events with business goals.
• Develop event materials, registrations, and attendee communications.
• Create and maintain event timelines, Excel grids, and post-event reporting.
