Job summary

PSI Services is seeking a Senior Events Marketing Specialist to own the end-to-end planning and delivery of a diverse events portfolio within our global B2B events program. The role covers exhibitions, conferences, roadshows, client events, and VIP functions, across seven programs and 160+ annual events.

You will manage budgets, suppliers, and cross-functional teams, while supporting Tier 1 events and senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

Experience planning and delivering B2B exhibitions and conferences.
Proven ability to manage budgets and vendors end-to-end.
Strong stakeholder communication, including executives.
Familiarity with event technology platforms.
Experience with international events.

Responsibilities

Independently plan and deliver a delegated portfolio of events end-to-end, including scheduling, requirements gathering, logistics, branding, booth production, content coordination, and stakeholder management.
Provide senior support on Tier 1 events, including sponsorship activation, exhibition builds, meeting rooms, speaker programs, product demonstrations, and executive hospitality.
Coordinate domestic and international logistics, including exhibition assets, warehousing, shipping, and return logistics.
Provide on-site leadership at assigned events, coordinating cross-functional colleagues, schedules, and VIP functions.
