Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, events management, or business administration.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a corporate environment with tradeshow management.
• Experience managing multi-project calendars and event details.
• Experience preparing, managing, and tracking budgets.
• Experience coordinating print production and collateral management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage timelines and checklists for large-scale conferences and events.
• Lead end-to-end tradeshow planning, including vendor proposals and conference agreements.
• Identify, negotiate with, and process contracts and invoices for event vendors.
• Develop and manage event budgets and forecasts with monthly reporting.
• Coordinate booth logistics, shipping, installation, and on-site management.
