Job summary

Family Office Exchange (FOX) seeks an experienced Event Manager to design and execute a wide range of events including conferences, workshops, webinars, and executive dinners. You will coordinate calendars, budgets, vendors, and staff to ensure flawless delivery and a positive attendee experience.

Responsibilities include speaker coordination, travel logistics, sponsorship support, and post-event reporting, with travel as needed and some evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of event-management experience, including in-person and virtual programs.
• Experience managing multiple projects, deadlines, vendors, budgets, and stakeholders.
• Conference experience with approximately 100 to 1,000 or more attendees preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in event management, hospitality, marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred.
• Experience with Cvent, Microsoft Teams Events, Microsoft 365, and CRM systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver events across conferences, workshops, webinars, and dinners.
• Coordinate calendars, plans, timelines, run-of-show, and budgets.
• Lead event-day execution, including staffing and guest support.
• Manage venues, vendors, hospitality, and contracts.
• Support speakers, travel, bios, presentations, and AV requirements.
• Manage registration and attendee experience.
• Deliver webinars and virtual events with setup and post-event analytics.
• Partner with marketing and sponsors to coordinate details and fulfillment.
• Prepare post-event reports with lessons learned and recommendations.
